Sowohl auf individueller als auch organisationaler Ebene werden Bildungsinnovationen aufbauend auf digital gestützter Bildungsdiagnostik durchgeführt, Interventionen eingeführt, Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse eingeleitet und evaluiert (u.a. JDS^general).

Ein Studium der Organisationspsychologie und eine mehrjährige berufsbegleitende Fortbildung als Beraterin für Lehr-/Lern- und Arbeitssituationen bilden die zentralen Zusatzqualifikationen, um allein oder im Expert*innenteam (auch aus eigenen Netzwerken) evidenzbasierte Veränderungen einzuleiten und/oder Bewahrenswertes abzusichern und zu legitimieren.

Educational innovations based on digitally supported educational diagnostics are implemented at both individual and organizational level, interventions are introduced and organizational development processes are initiated and evaluated (including JDSgeneral).

A degree in organizational psychology and several years of in-service training as a consultant for teaching/learning and work situations form the central additional qualifications to initiate evidence-based changes alone or in a team of experts (also from personal networks) and/or to secure and legitimize what is worth preserving.

Mattis Kil

Mattis Kil hat einen Master in European Governance von der Universität Luxemburg, wo er die Gelegenheit hatte, in einem multinationalen Umfeld zu studieren und zu arbeiten (2023). In seiner Masterarbeit beschäftigte er sich mit der Dynamik der Visegrád-Gruppe im Zusammenhang mit dem russisch-ukrainischen Krieg. Zuvor absolvierte er einen Bachelor in Governance and Public Policy an der Universität Passau. Mattis war FEPS-Praktikant 2024 und hat als Assistent bei der Organisation von Konferenzen, der Aufbereitung von Informationen für Publikationen und der Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen gearbeitet.

Mattis kann sich schnell in andere Kontexte, Politiken und Arbeitsmethoden einarbeiten und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und Innovationshindernisse genau analysieren. Seine Leidenschaft liegt darin, systemische Zusammenhänge zwischen Politik, Recht und Gesellschaft zu erkennen und daraus Handlungen abzuleiten, die nachhaltige, sozial gerechte und für alle vorteilhafte Folgen haben können.

Mattis Kil holds a Master in European Governance from the University of Luxembourg, where he had the opportunity to study and work in a multinational environment (2023). His Master’s thesis dealt with the Visegrád group dynamics concerning the Russo-Ukrainian war. Before he finished a Bachelor in Governance and Public Policy at the University of Passau. Mattis was FEPS’ trainee 2024 and dealt as an assistance in organising conferences, condensing information for publications and providing assistance in event support. Overall, he is easily able to work and adapt into a European or multicultural working environment and .

Mattis can quickly familiarise himself with other contexts, policies and working methods and accurately analyse legal frameworks and barriers to innovation. His passion lies in recognising systemic connections between politics, law and society and deriving actions from this that are likely to have sustainable, socially just and beneficial consequences for all.
